MIG has vast experience in the hospitality sector, designing hotels and fitting out bars, pubs and even cruiseships. The firm offers modern leisure and licensed trade design together with master planning and resort architecture.
- Stravaigin. MIG redesigned the bar/restaurant Stravaigin in Glasgow's West end, to extend the existing pub and bistro with the incorporation of the next door shop which had been home to a hairdressers. At a high-profile awards ceremony in London Stravaigin was named best designed pub in the prestigious UK and International Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.
- Music Hall of Fame. MIG created a visualisation of the Hall of Fame. DJ and former STV presenter Ewan MacLeod was behind the proposal for a £6 million Scottish Rock’n’Roll Museum and Hall of Fame. The location has been identified as Scotway House, the former planning office of Clyde Port Authority.
