Burrell Cafe

The Burrell Collection on Pollok Park Glasgow is a Listed Building opened in 1983 by Her Majesty Queen

Elizabeth II.

 

Our brief from our client Glasgow City Council Parks and Recreation was to redesign and refurbish the Cafe and Restaurant parts in keeping with the original aesthetic of the building. Our scope extended to include the waiters and waitresses and kitchen staff uniforms as well as the menu and other graphics.
